The eighth R&D center of Changan Automobile established in Nottingham

On June 28, the first camp of Chinese auto companies - Changan Automotive wrote a new chapter in its global R&D distribution. On this day, Changan England R&D center was formally established in the Nottingham Science and Technology Park of the United Kingdom. As the eighth in the world and the third overseas R&D center of Changan Automobile, Changan England R&D center will undoubtedly play a powerful role to deepen the technological content of Changan Automobile and improve the research and development distribution.So far, only in 2010, Changan Automobile has already set up 4 Research Institutes. On April 17, the other three were established in Beijing, Jiangxi and Harbin at the same time. These three Research Institutes overall covered three regions: North China, Central China and Northeast of China. In a short six months, global R&D structure of Changan Automobile upgraded from "Three Nations and Four Areas" to “Four Nations and Eight Areas ".The year of 2010, based on local and kept the whole world in view, Changan Automobile stands in a new beginning, faces to a truly globally competitive world-class direction and moves forward on the road of independent innovation.
